  • How will I receive my digital code?
    You will receive it through the email address associated with your purchase.
  • Why can't I find the game I want?
    Sorry for the inconvenience. Let me know what game you want and I'll check my catalog for it :)
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How long does it take to receive the digital code after purchase?
    The delivery of the digital code is immediately upon purchase but it may occur that it takes a few minutes for the delivery.
  • Is there an expiration date on the digital gift cards or game codes?
    The code is valid for 6 months from the date of your purchase.
  • Can I purchase a digital gift card or game code for someone else?
    Certainly. You will receive a code that you can send to them, or you can enter their email by checkout so they receive the code directly instead.
  • What platforms are the digital codes compatible with?
    The specific platform is mentioned either in the title of the product or description, but in general, all the cards are either compatible with PC, Playstation, Xbox or Nintendo Switch.
  • Are the digital codes region-specific?
    Yes. We're currently only selling to U.S region, but we're working on expanding.
  • Is there a way to track the delivery status of my digital code?
    We don't have a tracking system since the code is supposed to be delivered instantly, but if there is a problem with the delivery, you can always contact us and we'll help you out.
  • What should I do if I encounter issues with the digital code?
    If you face issues, leave us a message here or leave a mail at info@Thegame-station.com. For quicker respons, try the live chat.
  • Can I return or get a refund for a digital gift card or game code?
    No, refunds are not offered due to the nature of digital codes. Once delivered and viewed, they cannot be returned or exchanged. But contact us anyways, we'll see what we can do :)
  • Are there any special offers, discounts, or promotions available?
    Yes! Even more exclusive offers if you sign up for our newsletter ;)
  • Are there any age restrictions for purchasing certain digital products?
    No. Anyone can buy.
  • Can I cancel my order before receiving the digital code?
    No, you can’t cancel. Once a purchase is made, the codes will be sent to the costumers and there is no way for us at TheGameStation to undo this process. For more information you can read our refund policy.
